低氮燃烧器改造后对汽温的影响与控制

1、100%MCR负荷下对汽温的影响与控制

在300MW负荷时,两侧偏差总体来看较小。当把SOFA摆角SOFA1,3角前推到底,2,4后拉到底,切圆变大,可使两侧烟温偏差在15°以内,过热器、再热器介质温度偏差也较小,A侧略偏高。225MW负荷和150MW负荷时,偏差较大,SOFA调整后,偏差也有减小的趋势。

150MW负荷时B/C制粉运行,氧量设定4.9%(30分钟稳定后参数)时开关上层sofa层辅助风观察汽温变化。发现单独开启sofa层的sofa1和sofa2开启会加大汽温偏差,减温水量增加由于汽温偏差加大曾投减温水后机侧主再热汽温会下降;单独开启sofa3层后汽温偏差会减少但是由于是一侧下降一侧上涨机侧总的趋势上涨不明显;关闭sofa层辅助风,适当开启下层风门维持风箱差压300pa左右后主气温能上涨到537(机侧)左右,再热气温528(机侧)左右,两侧偏差不大均上涨趋势。减温水量增加较少。

单套C制粉系统运行150WM的情况:主再热汽温进行观察,发现150MW单套C制粉系统运行时主汽温519度左右,再热汽温499度左右(稳定30分钟的情况)SOF层辅助风门SOF3开大可以缓解主再热汽温的偏差但是主再热汽温仍偏低。在保证安全的前提下适当开启SOF3层辅助风门将D层投运D2或者D3给粉机,提高火焰中心时主再热汽温上涨明显主汽温527左右再热汽温512左右(观察30分钟,持续上涨中)。

综合分析,低负荷B/C制粉系统运行时关闭上层sfoa层辅助风门对提高主再热汽温,减小减温水量效果较好。低负荷单套C制粉系统运行时在保证安全的前提下适当投运D层D2/D3给粉机对提高主再热汽温效果明显。
