低氮燃烧器零部件以及相关构件，按其功用可分为六大功能系统：主体结构、控制系、点火系、燃料供应系、燃烧系、动力系。

二、控制系
Ii. Control system

该部分产品包括有控制器、伺服机构（电机及液压缸）、火焰监视器、压力或温度开关等。低氮燃烧器控制的核心部分，包括被称为比例调节仪的过程管理控制器、负责检测阀门漏点的燃气检漏仪等，均负责采集并触发各动作的信号，相当于低氮燃烧器的大脑。
